Computer Troubleshooters & Geeks On Call Celebrate Success of IT Conference

May 6, 2013 – CLEVELANDCleveland, OH: Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call are pleased to announce the success of their first North American Information Technology Conference. The joint conference was held at the Wyndham Hotel in Cleveland from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28, 2013. Cleveland is the home of Merrymeeting Group’s corporate offices for both Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call.Merrymeeting Group was pleased to welcome Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call franchisees from around the country for this intensive Information Technology conference.

Franchisees from both companies collaboratively discussed the latest developments in the rapidly changing IT world. Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call are transitioning their services from simple break-fix operations to becoming complete resources for complex technology solutions.  Both companies serve small-medium-sized businesses around the country in addition to residential customers.

The conference also provided an opportunity for franchisees to review organizational goals and plans for 2013 and beyond. New marketing strategies were rolled out that will target vertical markets and expand the client base for both Computer Troubleshooters and Geeks On Call franchisees. Technology vendors were also on hand to introduce new products and service offerings that will assist franchisees in efficiently servicing their clients.

Merrymeeting Group was pleased to host visiting franchisees to an array of receptions and dinners around the Cleveland area showing off the best parts of the city. The conference provided a welcoming environment for information sharing and networking with colleagues from around the country.
